Access Multilingual Services, Inc. (“AMS”) is a legal and medical interpreting, translation, and transcription company. This policy governs all email sent by AMS, by our employees and contractors, and by any party sending on our behalf. It applies to us first.
Consent
AMS sends email only where a direct relationship already exists: correspondence with clients who have engaged our services or contacted us, and individual correspondence with the contracted interpreters and translators who perform assignments for us.
We do not send cold email. We do not email people who have no prior relationship, connection, or consent with us.
For any bulk or group email, our standard is confirmed opt-in (closed-loop). The recipient must take an affirmative action to subscribe and then confirm that subscription from the mailbox being subscribed. Consent is not transferable between channels: agreeing to receive text messages from us is not consent to receive bulk email, and holding a contract with us is not a subscription.
We never purchase, rent, exchange, append, or harvest email addresses, and we do not send to lists obtained from any third party.
Address Hygiene
We do not email an address that has had no activity with us in the previous twelve months without first re-establishing contact through another channel. Addresses that hard-bounce are suppressed immediately and permanently. Addresses that generate a spam complaint or an unsubscribe request are suppressed permanently across every mail stream we operate, and are never re-added, re-imported, or sent a re-confirmation message.
Sending Identity
All AMS email originates from accessmultilingual.com or a subdomain of it. We do not use secondary, alternate, or lookalike sending domains, and we will not register one. Our mail is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Reporting
To report email that appears to come from AMS, or to be permanently removed from all AMS communications:
info@accessmultilingual.com·(800) 919-2029
Removal requests are permanent and are honored within one business day. We investigate every report of email sent in our name and respond to the person who reported it.
Our practices are based on the M3AAWG Sender Best Common Practices.
